The townhouses are equipped with underfloor heating connected to the district heating network. There are no radiators in the homes, except for a designer radiator in the bathroom.

Income requirements:
For a basic rent of up to €800.00, an income of 4.5 times the basic rent applies.
For a basic rent of €800.00 to €1,000.00, the standard is 4.25.
For a basic rent of €1,000.00 to €1,250.00, the standard is 4.
For a basic rent of €1,250.00 to €1,500.00, the standard is 3.75.
For a basic rent of €1,500.00 to €2,000.00, the standard is 3.5.
For a basic rent of €2,000.00 to €2,500.00, the standard is 3.25.
For a basic rent above €2,500.00, the standard is 3.
Candidates (for rental properties up to €1,000.00) who cannot meet the income requirement of 4.5 or 4.25 times the basic rent may still be eligible if they have an income of at least 4 times the basic rent and are required to provide a bank guarantee or security deposit.
Second income may be included for 75%.
