Schep Vastgoedmanagers is a real estate management organization with over 35,000 rental and owner-occupied homes under management, making us one of the largest independent real estate managers in the Netherlands. We specialize in the real estate management of rental properties and the homeowners' association management of owner-occupied homes (over 415 homeowners' associations).
Our organization can be divided into five different divisions: Schep Property Managers, Schep Rental Managers, Schep Homeowners' Association Managers, Schep New Construction Managers, and Schep Advisors & Data Managers.
Our working area covers the whole of the Netherlands, with a concentration on the Randstad and Brabant cities. Our branches are therefore strategically spread across the following locations: The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Zoetermeer (head office).

The Schep Group has its origins in dairy farming, dating back to 1896, and entered the real estate market in 1971, partly due to its land holdings.
