We are proud to announce that we have completed 54 luxury rental properties in the mid-range and higher segments.
The impressive new-build project 'Zaanse Helden' consists of no fewer than 356 rental properties, managed by Schep Vastgoedmanagers on behalf of Altera. By 2024, we will have completed and taken over the management of 231 properties, with the remaining properties to follow.
During the rental and delivery process, our new-build team carried out a project management assignment (quartermastering) so that we could optimally manage everything that came our way during construction. But our work does not stop with the handover of the keys! With our dedicated property team, we also provide careful after-sales service and optimal management.
