Today we have cake because we have something to celebrate! Last week, we heard from our accountant that our ISAE3402 Type II report for the year 2024 has been approved. 

At Schep Vastgoedmanagers, we manage real estate on behalf of owners and therefore handle their property and money. Naturally, we do everything we can to manage this properly, but we always say, "Trust is good, but control is better."

The ISAE3402 Type II report is a well-known control instrument in the real estate management world. In an ISAE report, we describe the processes we use to manage real estate and money. This is based on risk analysis, and the processes are designed in such a way that the most significant risks (errors, fraud) are greatly reduced.

We have been certified since 2012, and in 2025 we will do everything we can to produce a 'Schep waardig' report!
