Effective March 1, 2026, Bas van Winden will assume the role of CEO at Schep Vastgoedmanagers. From that date forward, Bas will form the organization’s executive team alongside Lyseth Bijlsma (COO) and Peter van Es (CFO). Former CEO Bert van Lunteren has shifted his focus to the homeowners’ association (HOA) division and opportunities within the HOA sector.

Schep Vastgoedmanagers has long been known as a reliable and experienced partner in property management. That foundation is strong—and will remain so. At the same time, we will continue to build on the next phase of our development in the coming period: an organization that looks to the future, embraces smart digitalization, and supports clients even better through transparency, quality, and control over property performance.

Recently, Dick Stofberg, as the owner of Schep Vastgoedmanagers, has served as managing director. In this role, he has gained firsthand experience with our core business of property management and has taken the first steps toward further professionalization and digitization.
