Attendance>​during>PROVADA>2025>​​

From June 3 to 5, PROVADA 2025 took place at RAI Amsterdam: the largest real estate fair in the Netherlands and the meeting point for professionals in the real estate sector. Developers, investors, governments, and service providers came together here to network, share knowledge, and discuss the future of real estate.

This edition was particularly special for Schep: for the first time, we were not only visitors but also active participants on the exhibition floor. Spread over three days, a team of 29 colleagues representing our entire real estate division – Schep Vastgoedmanagers, Van Herk Makelaars, Van Herk Bedrijfsmakelaars, Van Herk Nieuwbouwmakelaars, Schep Makelaars, and Schep Groep – was on hand to present our expertise and services.

We didn't just want to tell people who we are, we wanted to show them what we stand for. That's why we chose a striking and accessible way to connect with visitors: ice cream – in the colors of our logo – as an invitation to a good conversation. In total, we handed out no fewer than 10,700 scoops of ice cream to business relations, clients, and interested parties.

In addition to this personal approach on the exhibition floor, we had countless valuable conversations and made new connections. For us, PROVADA is not an end, but rather a new beginning: of new collaborations, fresh insights, and joint solutions for the real estate issues of today and tomorrow.
